I love this graphic novel. It’s very sweet and wholesome. A girl falling in love with a girl from the sea. They’re each dealing with a lot and becoming their true selves. I think a lot of young women would be inspired by this book and feel validated about who they love and who they are. I can’t wait to recommend to my students. It’s a super fast read too! I finished it in a day!

This book was absolutely adorable! I loved it so much. The pictures are completely beautiful and I loved the way the group chat messages were incorporated throughout the book! I really loved Keltie and how she helped Morgan learn to be proud of herself. This book had a lot of cute messages and was such a fun read!
