I thought Kilts and Kisses was a fantastic read. Roberts did an amazing job fitting a ton of surprises, passion, and excitement into this novella. I loved the characters! The chemistry between Ceana and Luthais was great, and their story was very interesting. I wish all novellas were done this well.

Just as the plot was starting to build, everything got swept under the carpet and the book abruptly ended. Not to mention that it was hard to read the accents and understand half the dialogue. The main love interest seemed really weak in a lot of ways compared to his father which was disappointing. I'd say overall, this book is 1.5/2 stars in rating.

This was ok, not very inspiring really. I was frustrated by the quick resolution and the introduction of new information at the very end of the book that are not at all resolved. I didn't understand the draw the characters felt for eachother. It was super instalove-y which is somewhat expected in a novella.
