Man, I am loving this series! It's so interesting and unique. This book is about the sister of the triplets who I would never have guessed would get her own book, but it's perfect! There is romance, excitement, danger, lots of fun stuff. The two main characters have so much spark. I really enjoyed reading it and can't wait for the fourth book to come out. I plan to re-read all the first three at that time just for continuity--and because they have been so much fun to read it'll be fun to read them all again.
There are really so many great parts to this book--I don't want to spoil anything, so I'll just say it's fantastic! If you haven't read the first two, you need to. This one won't be complete without them--but they're excellent, too!

Loved this book!

Another great book in this series. I was wondering how Nichole Van was going to pull off a romance with a ghost and weave the D'Angelo sister into this series, but she does! Jack and Chiara have a unique, sweet romance. A couple that enjoys teasing and getting under each other's skin. Jack is British regency hunkiness who just wants to be real and have a full life with Chiara. Chiara has some demons in her life and some daddy issues that she has to work through, but she can't deny the chemistry and fun of sparring with Jack.

There's some supernatural whimsy that needs to happen before these two can truly be together and Van makes it work in the end and it's pretty believable. She's a master at making me suspend disbelief and think these unique, supernatural stories could actually happen. She somehow roots them in history and makes them seem true. The whole D'Angelo GUTs storyline is intriguing and almost seems plausible. I'm just always impressed with how she weaves the real world with this whimsical, supernatural work so flawlessly.

And I love how Nichole Van makes all these books so different. They all go together, leading towards the final book, but the stories are all so different. You don't see a pattern when you binge this series. And I'm binging the series. Onto Tennyson's story!

I’ve never been one to read sci-fi or fantasy, but these books are FUN! The writing is smart and quirky, the characters are likable.
The description says this is a stand alone novel, but I think I have to go back and re- read 1 and 2.
