Everyone was right about this book - I totally devoured it. I wish I hadn't accidentally spoiled a plot point for myself, but it was still such an enjoyable read. What an interesting study of the many ways misogyny presents in everyday life from both men and women.

O livro é bem parado até a metade. Depois as coisas vão se intensificando e ficando desconfortável de ler. Temos cenas de violência física explícita, o que eu acho que foi o tema central do livro. Foi muito interessante e ao mesmo tempo desconfortável ler a personagem passar pela violência, sofrer, e depois diminuir a dor pois: poderia ser pior. Não acreditar que poderia chegar a agressões mais violentas. Não esperava o final, me pegou de jeito.
