This book made me okay with death. Also interesting to see how similar humans behave from that long ago to now

Read for a class. Kind of a bore but the analysis was cool.

This was a great little journey to ancient greece. I learned a lot about what was happening at the time and was surprised by some of the things that are still practiced today. For example, the modern court proceedings like jurors deciding the verdict and cross-examining the witnesses are all things that was practiced by Athenians in Athens just they're today all over the world.

I also enjoyed reading Socrates' cross-examination of his students and it was occasionally amusing to hear his faulty beliefs about the world like what the shape of the earth is or what fire is.

This quite an interesting read.

Honestly same. I would rather die than relinquish what I believe in! He slayed. I mean he slayed himself but Socrates slayed! Ya know...
