I love kids' books that feel like a fever dream
like wdym Annabeth's dad shot missiles at monsters from a helicopter?

“Stars," she whispered. "I can see the stars again, my lady."

I can't believe I forgot so many details of this series! It still holds up as one of my favorite books from the PJO series, but I can't wait to see if Battle of the Labyrinth or the Last Olympian. This is truly the book that changes the series. My thoughts on this book are: *screaming, crying, throwing (the book) across the room for what's about to happen*
