This was probably the funniest books I’ve ever read, I loved it so much. These characters were so fucking cute and having the boys from off campus included so much was so cute

If Elle Kennedy writes it in the Briar U-verse, I’m gonna read it.

Reading this book was like coming home. The Briar U and Off-Campus series are some of my absolute all-time favorites and I LOVE that Elle is doing a next generation series. 🥰

There was spice, hockey, hilarity, and surprises. I couldn’t put this book down and wanted to read it more than everything else in my life (which includes going to work, which is where I make money to fund my book obsession, and doing normal life things).

Thoughts:
🏒 I love the grumpy/sunshine trope and the secret dating trope; Elle did them perfectly in The Graham Effect.
🏒 Ryder and Gigi’s shared love of hockey and their drive to be the best made them such a power couple.
🏒 Gigi’s family is (and always was) everything. It’s hard to wrap my head around Hannah being a mother and Garrett being a father, but they both do it perfectly. They’re still the same old Hannah and Garrett, but all grown up. 🥹
🏒 Ryder’s backstory was heart-wrenching and I just want to wrap him up in a hug and never let him go.

❤️ Favorite Quotes ❤️
“I don’t know what it is about hockey players, but I find that all of them are insane. Sexy but insane.”

“She’s the one. She’s the only one.”
