I was given this book to read on the first day of my new job. It makes me feel more confident about then company, knowing that they take this book seriously! It's all about maximizing workplace positivity and productivity in manageable, practical ways.

I think this book is a great resource for employees that are implementing EOS in their company. I guess I deducted a star due to what the point or goal of the book is. Don't get me wrong, EOS sounds wonderful. I've read a lot of business books and based on those, EOS seems like a great synthesis of everything I've read. I just feel if I was a regular employee who had not read Peter Drucker, Jim Collins, and others, I'd think this was aa fad for the company. I think EOS will help small companies achieve great things, but getting employee buy-in...I don't think it does it. This book is aimed at all employees and it does its job of explaining EOS, but leaves too much work for management to get buy-in. Show better how it benefits the employee and it's 5-stars.

Just so dull. But what can you expect from a book geared towards business owners.
