While the story was cute, I was somehow really hoping for something more. A little more excitement couldn't have hurt. I really thought Peter would approach Erin more often in the story, but oh well. I guess pickers can't be choosers. I also couldn't understand why it was that Erin didn't tell anyone about her creepy neighbor, not even her grandmother whom she was supposed to be really close with.

Erin’s grandma is really the MVP of this book. She was full of life and comedy and love. And she did all the matchmaking. I really loved her relationship with Erin. Devin was adorable. I love how close he was to his sister and how much he wanted to protect Erin.

3 stars. Cute but a bit boring. I need AR to get back to the OTT smut. I miss it dearly but this was fine for what it was. I did really like Erin's grandmother though. She was a riot.

An AR that didnt just start off bang bang bangity banging right out the door?! Overall a sweet ok little read. Tbh ,I think this had some good potential to be a bigger more fleshed out novel.
