I would have to read this book again because it was heavy and I related to it an awful lot, next time I read it I’ll make sure I have a book and pen with me so I can make my own notes

i have mixed feelings about this book. most of it really opens up your mind to healing and forgiveness, but, the parts where she talks about cancer, aids, etc…i hated it. made me want to burn it. otherwise it’s good

So many Instagram girlies have been recommending this book. I read about 80% and couldn’t bring myself to read any more, and now I am seriously judging all of the influencers who have raved about it. This book is straight up dangerous and I’m surprised it’s even allowed on shelves. An absolute load of non-scientifically backed crap on every page.

Toxic positivity is really dangerous and this work is a great example of that.
