Series finale how will Meg Cabot finish this series with soo many loose ends and extremely loose plot. It was fun to read how this fast , frivolous series ends..Runaway is filled with action, suspense and some all around hilarious dialog.I loved this series i recommend it to teenagers who wants a good laugh and a sweet love story.

I really enjoyed it and liked the turn that the story had. It reminded me a little of the TV show Dollhouse.

Her brain has been transplanted into the body of teen super model, Nikki Howard. The real Nikki Howard has been discovered, well, alive in a new body. Her boss has a secret worth killing over, and his son has kidnapped her and is holding her hostage until she can find out what that secret is. And if all that isn’t enough, she’s been blackmailed into breaking the heart of the only boy she’s ever loved. I guess you could say Em Watts is under a lot of pressure. What’s a girl to do?

Runaway is the third and final installment to Meg Cabot’s young adult Airhead series. The books are an intoxicating blend of high-fashion, romance, murder mystery, and sci-fi thriller. And although the secret is actually fairly predictable, that’s not really the point, the fun is in the adventure. True to form, Meg Cabot has created an original and compelling story that is fun for all ages. (And I mean ALL ages). Because, really, who doesn’t remember their first love? Or their first diamond bra worth an estimated three mil? Or that time they plotted to take down an evil multi-million dollar corporation? Well, okay, maybe not those last two.

Ridiculous. But in a kind of good way.

Overall rating: 2.5/5
Plot: 3.5/5
Characters: 1/5
Humour: 1.5/5
Romance: 2/5
Writing style: 4/5
Warnings: sex references, light language, that's about it.

This was... very Meg Cabot, I guess. As ridiculously readable as ever, happy endings galore, similar characters. If you like her usually, you'll like this.
My one objection would be that its message was basically 'I just want to be pretty' and the entire book focused on outward appearances in a very modern media-esque way.
