i missed the fun, familiar environment of funjungle, as much of this book took place off-site, on a ranch. still, i can see the author's need to spread out the setting, instead of just taking us back to the same places in the park over and over again. loved the mystery and teddy's antics in this one!

Another fantastic entry into the FunJungle series! This one has information about the illegal exotic animal trade as well as illegal fossil poachers, all wrapped up in a high-stakes mystery and adventure. Highly recommended for grades 4 & up. Better to read the series in order.

Dinosaurs and FunJungle, oh yes! In this one we get to explore more of the Texas Hill Country as well as learn about the science of paleontology. I loved seeing more of Teddy's friends and classmates as characters in this one and I also think the personalities of Teddy's parents really shown through as well.

These books were my favorite when I was younger, so when my little brother got Tyrannosaurus Wrecks I just had to read it!

It was such a fun read and I highly recommend it for elementary school kids or anyone who wants a fun book with an entertaining mystery. You don't need to read the previous books in the series before this one, though I would recommend it. It isn't necessary to follow the story, however.

The characters are relatable and likable, and the plot is nice as well. The culprit isn't too obvious, though it's pretty possible to figure it out yourself. All in all, this is a light and entertaining book that you should totally read!

The latest in another adventure of Teddy Fitzroy by Stuart Gibbs. Teddy helps his friend, Sage, to solve a crime involving a missing dinosaur's skeleton. In addition to figuring out where the missing dinosaur went, Teddy is asked to help find an illegally obtained cobra after it goes missing. Teddy is definitely kept busy in Gibbs' story, Tyrannosaurus Wrecks.
This MG level story is definitely well worth a read!
