This was my first Agatha Raisin mystery and I really enjoyed the quirky Ms. Raisin and her sidekicks. I plan to read more in this series.

Work from home 2020: book 42.

Another decent installment in the Agatha Raisin series. I read these more for the characters and the descriptions than the actual mystery, I think, anymore! Agatha is such an interesting character.

A classic Aggie adventure, with some new twists that I enjoyed! I could not tell you a single thing about any of the side characters though!

Just okay for me. Felt like a lot more happened with the secondary characters than with Agatha, and the things that did happen with Agatha seemed to be a lot of reverting to old ways when she wasn't spinning in place.

Still not enjoying this narrator, though she didn't read this one at the same breakneck pace as the last.

I think this is where I take a break from the series. Probably will continue at some point, but if I don't, I think I'm fine leaving it here.

2 out of 5 stars.
