Not very much info on coconut oil
I wish they wouldn't have put the coconut oil on the cover. As it is mainly an ingredient in addition with another coconut flour or coconut milk product. I guess I'm being picky, but overall the book was good and had decent recipes, just not ones I would use. So, a personal three star review but a public four star. No need to punish them for me being picky.
