REVIEW:

This was seriously awful. And you know what? I had a feeling it would be. It was kind of a buyer's remorse thing. Because I bought this on a Kindle Rewards double points day and later wish I hadn't. Because I have come to realize that most ménages from the early 2000's and before absolutely suck. And this one is no different.

The first (and biggest) issue is the complete lack of buildup and relationship building.

The guys immediately recognize her as theirs --- while she's still unconscious. Tell me how they could possibly know they want to marry her before even talking to her? Not only that, but they are utterly creepy towards her while she is still passed out and it was all very cringy and pathetic.

The whole "relationship" just felt so utterly insincere and fake. Adam takes to calling her "baby" from the moment she arrives, which is super douche-y (pet names are not for people you just met). After knowing her for less than a day, they tell her they want to marry her. Seriously, what is this? There's literally no relationship building here.

The guys are very flat with barely any development done for them either. Ryan was probably the most developed with his past military flashbacks. But we know virtually nothing about the other two guys. They are completely blank slates with no personalities. They are also all very creepy and come on way too strong too fast. And I find it strange that we got Adam's POV, but not the other two at any point. Weird.

But worse than the creepy brothers was Holly. She is an absolute idiot by all accounts. She does so much stupid stuff if's hard to list it all. But here are some of my favorite idiot Holly moments:

- Running away from the guys "to protect them" by sneaking out into the snow wearing no coat (and I'm pretty sure no shoes either). She had no plans other than to "somehow find transportation" (her words). Yeah that was going to work out well so long as she didn't die of hypothermia first.
- Telling her asshole ex that she saw him murder a guy! Hahaha yeah she's so smart! That'll get him to back off and not KILL HER to keep her quiet.
- She's also VERY insecure and constantly asking if the guys REALLY want her and putting herself down. I hate insecure FMC's. So annoying.

But she isn't the only dumb one in the relationship. The guys do a lot of dumb shit too. I guess they really are made for each other? Aww... The stupidest was the time that the guys decide to lie to the cops about having her in their cabin (to supposedly protect her) and then the next day take her to town to go shopping! Omfg are you serious? These people are so stupid.

There is absolutely nothing I liked about this book. Nothing. Not even the sex. The steam wasn't even good and there was too much of it to properly build sexual tension between scenes. So they were all just really stale and boring.

Overall I do not recommend this at all. It's terrible. There are SO MANY better ménage's out there these days. Needless to say, I don't plan to continue reading this series.

If you like down and dirty books with a weak storyline this is for you. I don’t mind down and dirty but would have preferred a stronger storyline.

“It wasn’t lust or desire that stared back at her. It was love.
Unconditional love. No strings. No demands.
Understanding and acceptance.”
