I can’t decide how I feel about this book. Along the lines of Sue Grafton’s Kinsey Millhone series but rife with sexism and the fat phobia/diet culture chatter is worse than in Grafton’s work. At one point the author only identifies two college kids by their respective weights. I also thought the plot dragged on and was weak. There weren’t a lot of “clues” and it wasn’t all that clear how the main character actually arrived at her conclusions.
