This  story was sweet, but if you've read John Green's "A Fault In Our Stars" then you will find it very familiar.

Despite the 16+ age of the characters and themes of terminal illness and grief the story covered, I found it overall quite childish. I think for the target audience it probably isn't so much of an issue, but the good girl/bad boy romance dynamic was so clichéd and I found the 'whirlwind' love cringy.
Despite this, the characters were mostly likeable and the tight-knit, family nature of the hospital setting brought enough  dimension to Stella's that she felt believable - helped by the fact that she was interesting outside of her relationship to Will, we got a sense of her whole life, rather than only engaging with her as her illness.

This is a done before, but likeable non-the-less quick read.

It was literally the definition of a book you can’t put down and I definitely couldn’t stop crying and laughing and smiling the whole book there was times it was so tense I had to take a minute before reading more but I needed to know more I couldn’t stop reading this and I would definitely recommend it to anyone

I did not like this book. There is a golden rule, that when book begins with "this is to raise awarness for" you should not get your hopes up. I found the couple very one dimensional, we got the "not like the other girls" with "omg, i got control issuses" and a guy who just does not care and is so edgy. I knew about cs before, so there was nothing new. I might watch movie one day, but that is not very likely. This was just kinda wasted time.
And do not get my started on the treatment of Poe.

Reading notes, I gave up on them after like chapter 10.

Not like the other girls, she's both programmer and youtuber.

Why the fuck is will so gross?

We got the gay immigrant best friend. I'm kind of tired.

It's kinda weird to date someone you follow online.

Will is just a terrible person.

Making dosing tables for people with chronic (or not chronic) illnesses is a terrible idea. You're not a doctor, you're an immature programmer and you don't know what each individual person needs.

Is this love story gonna be based on her not wanting him to die?

Ah yes, I will definitely keep cheering for this male lead, who is so happy that he can just do casual sex and not catch feelings.
