for some reason, my review of this disappeared lol but if I recall correctly, it was something like this:

Entirely irrelevant and boring. Doesn't add anything to the characters or overall narrative.

I don't typically read many novellas, but this Shadowhunter series is fantastic! It deepens the Shadowhunter world, answers lingering questions from City of Heavenly Fire, and explores Magnus Bane's intriguing past and present. Fans will love the rich backstory and character development.
