This series is just so over the top with insane drama and no realism but for some reason still remains entertaining. It's kind of like a trainwreck, it's horrible but you just can't look away.

So, out of the three books released so far in the Fallen Crest series, this one was my least favorite. I didn't feel an interest in the story really. Well, right up until the end. Now, I HAVE to read the next one when it's released. As I was reading FCP, I kept thinking the story plot was too juvenile. I know what you're thinking...the characters are in high school, but the first one had a more mature feel to it. Actually, there were times I forgot they were in high school. But not in this one. This one had all the high school drama in it that everyone hates about high school. Plus I had a hard time keeping up with the characters and who they were. I felt like some of them were just put in the story as fillers. They had no point what-so-ever.
Now the bombshell.... Mason knew? What's going happen now that he's leaving for college?
So the waiting begins...
I hate waiting!
So I still gave the book 3 stars because I have followed the series from the start and obviously I'll finish it. Plus, I enjoyed hearing from Masons POV which was a little than the other 2 books.

Mean Girls. But with more hormones, more violence, and less humor.

4.5 I enjoyed this one more than the last one. There were so many hard things that happened to Sam and I felt for her. Some of the decisions made weren’t the best but when you look at the bigger picture in their perspective I understand it. This series is so addicting and is such a guilty pleasure read. I love these characters.

Horrifying Threats & Violence, Love & Protection!😱💥💘🙏
Fallen Crest Public: (Fallen Crest, Book 3) By: Tijan
🎧 Audiobook Narrated by: Graham Halstead and Saskia Maarleveld
Length: 11 hrs and 28 mins
Ebook
This is a threat filled book in the series, some of which leads to horrific violence!!😱😢 Sam starts FC Public with only the guys & her bestie Heather in her corner. The TP's have been exiled but it's just made Kate & co more rabid!!😳 They expect all the girls in school to fall in line, don't befriend or protect Sam, or suffer their consequences.😡😞
The Broudou Brother's are still looking for Mason's girlfriend😕The rivalry has turned to hatred because of their sisters lies!😡 Brett is sane but Budd is crazy and it seemed no one could knock him off of his course!😳 People were going to get seriously hurt, especially Sam if he ever figured out who she was!😱😭
Another angst filled read that went to far for me in this one.😢
I dont really like these audiobook narrators very much, sadly.😕

Although I overall love this series, and this is a reread for me, I have a rough time with books where there is miscommunication. So much happens in this book and there is a lot of angst and drama. Sam has switched schools to Fallen Crest Public and almost no one is happy with this other than Mason and Logan. I was frustrated with Mason and Sam for starting to not be fully open and honest with each other which caused a lot of the issues that they have, but very much enjoyed all the angst and turmoil it created.
