‘Just for a moment, he stared at me as if he really had just taken my virginity.’ What does that even mean?! He just gave her her first tattoo????

‘Why would any guy, especially Trenton, want a cheater?’ This is said after he forcefully kissed her after spending 156 pages chasing after her despite knowing she has a boyfriend and her telling him many times she wants them to only be friends.

There’s so much casual misogyny just thrown around and for what? It doesn’t do anything for the plot?

The best friends relationships are so pointless to include, there’s genuinely no need for her to be there.

There’s no plot. The ‘smut’ is extremely disappointing, can’t even be called that tbh. This books reads like it was written by a man in the worst way possible.

The last line in the book was a good one though I’ll give it that.
