4 stars mostly because of Enel's face when he really realized that his lightning couldn't hurt Ruffy. It's really said "I'm fucked", and I loved that page.
But I also really enjoyed/laughed at the brief moment where Ruffy just stopped thinking as a way to mitigate the mantra thing Enel does. I'm also sad for the giant snake, it didn't deserve to die and then almost have it's eyeballs exploded by Ruffy and Aissa in their attempt to escape.

I feel the switch of POVs is a little too much. They are too quick and have been harder to follow. It was a little better in this volume. I am enjoying the pair up of Luffy and Eneru, they are a good conflicting match. I did feel this volume had multiple endings. I think I am getting ready for this conflict to end.
