This should really be renamed sometime about why and how to quit eating animal products... That's really what the entire book is about. It also is written in a bit of a hype style so while I support the topic information this particular book was not helpful to be to eat better. That said I have been a vegetarian over a decade in the past but went back to animal proteins and I regularly and often have meat free days and I never consume dairy, except butter..  I support eating less  animal products and think everyone should try different approaches and foods in this way the book is helpful.

A little too heavy on the guilt and scare tactics, but some quality information within as well re: vegan sources of protein. Didn’t try the recipes.
