Breakfast and brunch recipes and menus.
There really are menus for all occasions, and recipes to go with them. From a camping breakfast (trout, hushpuppies, fruit) to a fancy wedding brunch (champagne, caviar, pate); breakfast in bed of eggs and toast to a midnight New Years Eve breakfast consisting of menudo and tortillas. There are many different ways to cook eggs, savory and sweet breads, and cocktails. And much more.
I found this copy at Goodwill last weekend. It does not have a dust jacket, and man, that's a bummer! See? LOOK AT IT! The only inside illustrations are on the end papers and the title page. These illustrations are by Harry O. Diamond, super little line drawings that completely evoke the era.
This is a fun addition to my little collection!
