If this would've been written entirely (or mostly at least) in Cujo's point of view, this could've been a four star book. But the unnecessary, hideously boring jarring affairs, childhood memories and what other garbage (like Steve Kemp's existence) that didn't further the plot and didn't grow on the characters made this such a drag to read. The amount of characters with no relevance and still five pages worth of character background made me want to quit the story. Typical Stephen King.

I have a love hate relationship with this book. Great character exploration, needs more action.

I don't think a book has ever bored me so much. Especially not a horror book.
