What an action-packed thrill! Evan Smoak is Orphan X, a highly skilled graduate of a top-secret program that grooms preteens into lethal assets for the government. Once the program is disbanded, Evan becomes the Nowhere Man, a general do-gooder who relies on the recipients of his help to pay it forward by finding him new people to help. After he's been doing this a while, he realizes someone is hunting him.

Loved Evan's character, who is hardened on the outside, but shows glimpses of a heart deep within. Great descriptions of weapons, fight scenes, and technology. Lots of twists and turns, and I could hardly put it down.

Apparently the author is writing a screenplay for a movie about Evan played by Bradley Cooper. I'll definitely be seeing this one.

When I first started reading, I  wasn't too sure whether I'd like this or not but as I got more into the book, I ended up really enjoying it.

Bit of a roller coaster of a book! Glad now that I also own the next three.

Good reader. A bit of fun confusing at the beginning I thought it dragged a bit in the middle. I started to care for the characters. Will I read the next book, not sure

If you are looking for a fast paced escape full of action and (a little) heart, this is your book. Perfect propulsive read for me as I passed the time on long haul flights on a recent trip. Doesn’t require too much concentration or recall, and yet, is satisfying and not at all shallow. Loved it and look forward to the next book in this series for my next trip.

I REALLY loved this novel. Maybe it was the approachable writing? Maybe it's the Orphan program set up, or maybe it's the premise of The Nowhere Man. Either way, I can't wait to read book#2.
