I'm still really enjoying this. The art is subtly improving. The jokes and punch lines are still great, and the plot is something I never would have expected from a comic. I plan to read this strip until I'm caught up.

The second volume of Schlock Mercenary covers a lot of ground. Schlock looses his eyes and must his home planet to get some more, we learn of the 70 Maxims of Effective Mercenaries, and they go through several space ships.
