Don’t love these short story type installments. And this one was impossible to get a hold of, but I felt like I needed to read it before the second book. (I think I ended up with a bootleg download, because I couldn’t find any legitimate way to buy it in the US.)
But it was fine. A little melancholy, and I don’t think the timeline quite jives with the first book. But I didn’t have any serious complaints about the story.

Lovely story

A story about why we shouldn't base our opinions on what we think we know. Can't wait to hear more of what happens to these characters.

Once again the lovely Jenny Colgan has written an amazing book. I smiled, laughed and cried throughout this book and look forward to reading more about the Island of Mure in The Summer Seaside Kitchen
