Nada especial, tbh. Poderia muito bem ser apenas uma introdução no livro 1, sem precisar ter sido lançado separado.

I read Glitches out of order. It’s the prequel to the first book in the Lunar Chronicles Cinder. Glitches give us a short insight into the arrival of Cinder with her new family. With no memories of her childhood she learns everything from the cyborg parts that where installed. She also has one foot and one hand that are cyborg. As Cinder learns to deal with her new family we learn more about how she ends up as a mechanic.

I love Cinder she’s one of my favorite characters in fiction. While the story was short only 32 pages it was interesting to catch a glimpse into Cinder’s first experience living with her step-mother and new sisters. While short the author has created a prequel that sparks the imagination so that you want to read the rest of the series. I know I want to read Cinders books from the start all over. Glitches is a perfect start to a brilliant sci fi fantasy that teens as well as adults will enjoy. I only wish the story was longer because I can’t get enough of Cinders world.

A little glimpse into Cinder's life as a brand new Cyborg. I felt such sympathy for her. Seeing her interact with Peony was so sweet, and it made me sad that we didn't get to see more of it in Cinder before Peony got sick.

Okay, so I feel about the same way towards this short prequel story as I did towards the book, Cinder. Interesting concept, not so interesting execution. This story covers Cinder's life from the time she joins her new foster family until her step-father/benefactor dies. I was hoping for a bit more of a look into the mother and sister's cyborg prejudice, but it's pretty much just the same unexplained bitchiness as the book. I also just don't connect with any of the characters. The only emotion I felt reading both this short story and the full novel was annoyance at the step-mother. And part of that was more annoyance at the lack of explanation for the cyborg prejudice than anything else. When characters died in the two stories, Garan here and

in Cinder, I felt little to nothing for them. I'm just kind of annoyed because this concept could be done so much better.

Pequeña historia corta que nos cuenta el pasado de Cinder antes del primer libro de la saga.

Glitches was really good! It explains a bit of the back story lf Cinder and how she came to be part of Adri's family. It's a really quick little read but I enjoyed it.
