Although this book was good I still had a few things I didn’t like. Like Nick needs to stop calling her “little sister”, “freckles” is okay but little sister is just weird. At the beginning Noah was annoying but got better throughout the story. Noah’s mom needs to stop pushing her to do things, give a girl time to adjust. I did have to put the book down for bit because some parts were too slow but after getting over that hump I finished the book like nothing.
Other than that I loved this book and I don’t see what’s wrong with Nick and Noah being together.
Graphic: Domestic abuse
Moderate: Addiction and Alcoholism

This book had me captivated right from the very beginning, I absolutely flew through this book.
This book follows Nick and Noah, both individuals have gone through some sort of trauma during their childhood and now have found themselves step brother and sister due to their parents getting married. Nicks father is rich, and Noah and her mother Rafaela have come from a less privileged background. Noah has to learn how to adapt to her new life and deal with everything she knows being practically burnt to the ground, whilst also fighting new feelings that are bubbling under the surface for her angsty, moody step brother Nick.
I absolutely adored this book, the characters were so loveable and funny! The tension between these two was EVERYTHING. Nicks character development was honourable! He really grew, in the little space of two months, to be someone Noah truly needed and deserved. I love the both of them.
