audiobook (Audible) - cute variation on this series, they fall in love before resonance occurs and once they find out she's going to resonate soon he steals her away from the others so she resonates to him or no one to keep her. This character plays heavily onto the larger female build and both the emotional and mental responses that being body shamed causes, even though the aliens do not know they are body shaming her with their comments. Love that he loves her for her height and cloud like hair and mentions nothing about her being overweight and more about how she's unbreakable unlike some of the other human women that seem too frail and breakable.

I love Harrec, I think he is one of my favs. Kate was kind of annoying to me. The suspense this story had though was nice, it was also really funny too.
