It was a slightly manic read, but it certainly had me hooked. Bought it for a train journey and it really suited it's purpose. Exactly the kind of book you want for a trip.

Very nice edge of your seat mystery with some solid twists! Not perfect, got a little heavy handed for my tastes, but definitely enjoyable.

I can't say that I loved it, but I kept listening to it because I had to know what was going on and 'who done it.' But it had a quite unexpected ending, and from what I can tell there is NOT a follow up book.

I'm debating giving this 5 stars! I usually reserve 5 stars for my favorites. I think this might be a favorite. The first murder mystery I've ever read and impacted a good one! The imagery was good! It was unpredictable I found myself making guess after guess and only one ended up being on track. Kept me onmy toes. I will say it took me a few chapters to really get hooked, I find the older ex-cop dissing technology and reminiscing about "the good 'ol days" toan overused troupe but I enjoyed the novel in spite of it.
