Sebastian and Shelby are best friends. They're also in love, each of them using their own fears as a reason why they hide it from each other. But then Shelby gets engaged... to someone else. Where does this leave them?

So there was a good percentage of this I really liked. Their time in Paris, for one. The art and the history, Shelby and Sebastian's careers and their success, the support dynamic--all of that was so good. But these two were very exhausting. Their hot and cold, back and forth was very tiring and after a while their reasons for it felt like lame excuses. Working things out only to pretend they hadn't seemed very pointless and a little confusing. Shelby's job offer and Sebastian's decision took me even further down a spiral. I spent a lot of time feeling like I was on a roller coaster and wondering when I would get off. Lol. But they had some cuteness and they were very passionate. And the way they knew each other was nice, as was their affection. If you're going to read it, strap in. Lol.

An okay read for me. But not enough conflict in the story to keep me interested. Skipped a few pages to get to sweet well written moments.
