Has all the witty banter of Fermin and fantastic imagery, but didn't get a 5 from me due to length (definitely a 4.5 though!). Despite it being a compelling story that I read daily for a week, I found myself forgetting characters and events simply due to the length, which made it a bit hard to follow in places.

Zafon remains one of my all time favorite authors, and this book is no exception. I plan on rereading his series Cemetery of Forgotten Books for years to come!

An enthralling labyrinth of a book that never seems to end.
