At first, this was pretty interesting, but halfway through, we find out who Noah's "other mother" is and all of the suspense was obliterated... the second half was dragged out a little too much. I finished it just because I'm a finisher.

There was quite a lot of language in this book, and also some sexual content - not anything super graphic, but still more detailed than I prefer and completely unnecessary.

I loved the premise of this book - a single mom suspects her troubled young son is remembering a past life - but it kind of disappointed me. Nothing specifically was wrong with it, but I just felt like it was a little underwhelming in its execution. I would have liked a little more emotion and drama. A little more connection to the characters.

I was so entranced by this book I would pick it up whenever I had a spare second. It's wholesome, heartbreaking and thought provoking. I would recommend this book if you are interested in reincarnation or stories about it. Absolutely brilliant

Okay story but bad, simplistic writing.

I really enjoyed this story more than I thought I would. The characters were so well written and I felt an instant connection to Jerry. Although I did not agree with some of Jani's parenting techniques I do know she was doing it all for the love of Noah.

Loved Loved this book. I didn't at first but once I was able to get past Chapter 5 it has twist and turns that will keep you wanting more.

The Forgetting Time challenges the way you perceive life, or death, for that matter, having presented actual testimonials about reincarnation to support the story arc of the book.

The story started out slow but gradually picked momentum when the subject was explored more. There were some momentums, though, that easily fizzled out when the book brought readers back to the past in the form of back stories. There were a lot of back stories here, and while they were welcomed, there were scenes when those stories weren't that relevant.

A very good read, though, and tackled interesting themes most especially the human consciousness -- whether it could continue even after death and beyond.

Definitely enjoyed exploring the plot, but I also couldn't wait for the book to end. I mean, it was easy to get into in the beginning, but the story dragged on unnecessarily.
