No spoilers here. I kept not liking the beginnings of each book, and then immediately got hooked and savored every minute. I listened to each one in record time, keeping headphones in my ears hours at a time to hear more and more. The reader/performer was terrific. The story captivating. This isn't even my cup of tea! 6 Stars out of 5 for the entire series.

A rollicking finish to this long saga with its pantomime villains and humorous twists. I didn't enjoy this as much as the earlier ones but it finished satisfactorily with all the ends tied up. I liked the cultural references although sometimes Archer overegged them a bit. A good holiday read.

What a brilliant series, I didn't want it to end.
When will we see the telemovie?
When done Jeffrey Archer you did it again, bravo

I think this is one that's best read with the series, in order. I didn't really get into it as I do with most Archer stories, so I'm blaming myself for this one & not rating the book.

I didn’t expect to like this series when I started it, but by the time I got the last page of this last book I realized how much I really liked this family; for all their faults. I enjoyed that the author pokes fun at his own literary mistakes and acknowledges that his characters (and his own writing) are imperfect.

This saga is a spy novel and a romance rolled together, and while it was at times cheesy and a little too expected, I will miss these characters in my daily life. Except Virginia. That b*tch can go to hell.

Although i don't support the author and buy all his books second hand i have to say he is an incredible writer. The last chaper and speech from Giles had me crying and in awe of the book and a series as a whole. What an amazing, enjoyable read, couldn't recommend more

What a delight it has been to follow the Clifton family and others through the seven books. This saga captivated me, and all though I’d rather have several more books, I am very content with the ending.
