WOW. This series has the perfect balance of good and evil, beauty and violence, heartbreaking and heartwarming. While all the characters and locations made the story a bit hard to follow (I'm still confused on a few things), it was still fun and satisfying. What started as a murder mystery becomes a powerful message against violence and hatred.

And of course, I love robots, so I really enjoyed Pluto's depiction of a future where robots are nearly equal to humans in society. A recurring theme in this manga is the question of whether mimicked emotions can become real.

Finally, Gesicht is definitely going on my yet-unwritten list of absolutely amazing fictional characters. He is definitely marriage material. :)

And I wish I knew more about Gesicht's son who was revealed in the final volume. What happened to him??? It's got to be a sad story, but I have to know!!!
