Lynn Painter is the Queen of Banter and this book proves it! This is another winner by one of my favorite authors! I absolutely loved it! Hallie and Jack are hilarious together and their chemistry is off the charts. I was entertained the whole time and didn't want it to end. One of my top faves this year for sure! Highly recommend if you're looking for a fun, sexy rom-com.

A gold lighthearted stry with adorable charcters. I truly love lynns YA books, but this just want for me. Theoretisch characters were loveable and had amazing banter, but they kind of seemed flat like their stories werent deep. Sometimes it seemed like more serious topics were surfacing but they quickly vanished. But nonetheless, it was still enjoyable

This was a cute, fun and funny read. Hallie and Jack were both really likeable and their chemistry was great. I liked their banter and ability to tease and make fun of each other. In all their interactions it genuinely felt like they enjoyed each other’s company. I did find their declarations of being best friends a bit rushed but otherwise liked how things developed between them as the story went on. Some wedding shenanigans, fake dating and friends to lovers drama made for a quick and engaging story. ( 3.5 stars ⭐️)
