This is the only book I could read over and over again.
I love this story!

I enjoyed this book, but had several issues with it. If these hadn't been the case, I probably would have been able to rate it much higher, honestly. However, while I understand the author is not from the US, if the story is going to take place in the US, then it needs to use the terminology we use in the US. we call it a living room, not a lounge. The language, as a whole, struck me as "British" and not what I would expect from someone in the US. there are other things/ language that bothered me, but I think these were the biggest. Please, Kirsty Mosely, as a reader who beta reads and picks out these details on purpose, I beg you to go back and edit for this kind of thing. It's huge. This story takes place in the US and it's a good book. It'd be better with these consistencies....use the language that fits the locale.

This book starts amazing!
I love the main characters, and the background story.

But:
As I read further..
You know that feeling that something will happen, but it's taking so long before it actually does?
Well, this book is an extraordinary good example for that. I think I could've skipped half of the book and 1) still understand the story and 2) probably would've even enjoyed it more

But I also absolutely loved Nate, so I am planning on reading Enjoying the Chase (:

I loooooooved it. This novel is so good. From the very start to the very end, it keeps you entertained and interested. It's a romance novel, and seriously you'll want to fall in love after reading this one. The thing about it is that it conveys the message that you can never unlove someone even after that person passes away, but that doesn't mean that you should not fall in love again. And if you are once more feeling those butterflies fluttering in your stomach, the toe-curling sensations, then just go with the flow because you deserve it.

Holy shit what bad writing! Very amateur. I remember liking this story so I reread it just recently and I had to wonder how I ever endured reading the whole book! Ugh. AMATEUR.
And the plot? I'm not American and even I can say that her scenarios/situations are impossible. The holes in the logic are just too many, and just too big, I don't want to spent more time pointing them out one by one.

2.5 stars.

I kinda liked it, but also disliked it.

It all felt a little rushed to me, but still a cute, quick read.

I absolutely loved this book!! The characters were realistic and fun as well as the dialogue! I thought that the story was fun and entertaining for a New Adult novel, but there was also some action and drama that kept me interested and wanting to read more. This was one of the longer contemporary novels that I have read, and about halfway through, I did struggle with some repetitiveness in the storyline. Overall, I really enjoyed it and can't wait to check out the companion novel!
