We can’t imagine what the victims of the nazi’s went through. However, I’ve marked quite a few passages in this book. Passages with uncanning similarities to what’s happening in Gaza now.

Reading these passages, I can’t help but wonder what Henry would think about it all.

All this aside, you have to have the deepest respect for Henry: three camps, so many traumas!

Never again, for any group of people

One of many Auschwitz books that everybody must read. I was gifted this as part of a package including a tour of the sites. This really helped set the tone for the trip. Reads like a chat, very easy to get through in style if not subject.
