“The Great Gatsby” by F Scott Fitzgerald is one of the greatest American novels of the 20TH century. This book is based on the life of Jay Gatsby. The narration by the writer is apt which kept the reader engaged throughout the book. Yet I found these book little d depressing that's why I'm not giving 5 stars to this epic. The way Gatsby character is portrayed had given me a different perception than house he truly was.

I hated The Great Gatsby when I read it for the first time in my AP English class during my senior year of high school; but I've wanted to read this book again for years to see if I would like it more as an adult. Surprisingly, I loved this book the second time around! :)

My score: 4 Stars out of 5 Stars on the Goodreads scoring system; 8 out of 10 on my own personal scoring system.

Uno de los mejores libros que he leído este año y me atrevería a decir que de toda mi vida.
Fitzgerald nos presenta a uno de los personajes más perdedores y al mismo tiempo más triunfadores y soñadores que ha dado la literatura.
Es imposible hablar de su magistral enfoque narrativo, de los perfectos diálogos y de la manera hermosa en que esta escrito.
