“It is isn’t it, Liam?! Thank god it’s you!
I couldn’t have tolerated it if it weren’t you, honestly.
I wanted it to be you. No one else”

I'm screaming! I'm glad that Milverton is gone, he was annoying. I really loved the conversation between Sherlock and Watson showing the depth of their friendship, it was really sweet.

The reveal was everything!

"Catch me if you can, Sherlock."

Sherlock calling William "Liam" is my Roman Empire. I am obsessed with their dynamic. I've always loved it in every adaptation I've seen, but it's so well done here. Sherlock being so happy when William is revealed to be the Lord of Crime was so funny, especially when he said he would've been disappointed if it hadn't been William (I actually laughed out loud

It's the ending of...you knew what was going to happen, but even the character bamboozled you! Excited for the next volume.

I've rated the majority of this series 5 stars but this one is the most 5 star one so far omfg. I finished this last night and then couldn't sleep after it because I was geeking so hard (and also on tiktok.)

Oh hey, this volume did make me ship Holmes/Watson a little bit, at least Holmes -> Watson.
Milverton's finally dead I guess. Didn't really find him that interesting as an antagonist, a bit too cartoonish to my taste.
