the first part was addictive and so good but the second part was kind of meh. ren was great just a little too possessive for my liking, I wish he let ember become more independent instead of relying on him all the time.

“All I’ve known is hell, but I find heaven in your lips.” 🖤

This book is definitely not everyone’s cup of ☕️ it is very dark. I found the interactions between Ember + Ren to be clever and there was a whole lotta spice 🌶 As the story moved on, I felt more and more that I was rooting for them to be together. You definitely fall for these characters even though they are kinda crazy 😄

loved ember and relate to her in many aspects… also loved ren but idk… like the book had so much potential but fell short

saw the book being advertised online and was incredibly intrigued as someone who LOVES dark romances and smut and as much as the smut did not disappoint… the plot itself slowly turned to poop

the book was becoming a quick favourite, but sometime during part 2 the plot just got so confusing and their relationship dynamic switched up so quickly.

like i simultaneously loved the book and don’t understand the book in the slightest. Ren and Ember’s story on their own made perfect sense to me and i loved it but then many characters being introduced right at the end and more stuff being added in the last couple of chapters just messed with my mind

pretty sure the book is part of a series, which is why there was some stuff towards the end but i don’t see how it linked to the rest of the book… deffo won’t be reading the rest of the series but twas a nice read
