Loved it! Spy thriller at its best. Great lead character. Lots of twists & turns. Awesome climatic ending. It's very long but interesting the whole way through. I listened to the audio version & really enjoyed the actor's voice; he captured the main character so well.

I’m so conflicted with this book. 
It was fast paced, gripping - a real page turner. 
Exciting plot and you can definitely see this as a tv series. 
However the casual misogyny and racism can’t be dismissed.
It started to annoy and distract me. Hence the rating.

this is objectively a schlocky thriller with some weird racist undertones.

I put in a lot of time to read this book. It was quite a long book. It was worth it though. It didn't take long for me to be completely hooked. I really enjoyed reading the story. There was a perfect amount of suspense.
It might not be for everyone. As I crime fiction lover I loved it.
