I remember reading this book as a kid. It still holds up, it's a fun way to read/learn about the alphabet.

Total nonsense but I have never met anyone under the age of 6 who wasn’t utterly enthralled by it.

Pretty simple, but a good one for kids if you get into it and sing-song the "story." Good for repetition of the alphabet.
