The Pain Gap is a comprehensive study and analysis concerning racism and sexism in the medical industry, specifically with concerns regarding maternal and reproductive health. A majority of this book is conceptualized within the context of the COVID-19 Pandemic, but she also discusses historical events and medical ethics. I enjoyed the book, but it only covered a narrow area of reproductive justice and the medical system.

Good, but not great. Some Information repeated too many times and the writing is messy and jumbled.
