The Mortal Instruments is what got me into reading and it was fun to see it in a different format.

I don't like reading graphic novel actually, but because it is the mortal instrument series and it is one of those shadowhunter chronicle books soooooooooo~ yeah~ of course I'll buy it and read it.

Finished it for a few hours after I received it on my mail today and I am loving it.
it is surprised me that it is not the whole story on the first book, City of Bones. So, we need to wait the end of this year to continue reading the graphic novel of the mortal instrument series by Cassie that illustrated by Cassandra Jane.

Quick, easy read. Nice to see them again in a shorter, visual form.

A really sweet portrayal of the characters!

The art style in this was a little different to that of other illustrated Shadowhunters merchandise which was a shame
