Touching and beautifully written short stories. An excellent choice if you need some short story love.

"I remember being very moved by the bagpipes at your father's funeral." A powerful piece of dialogue from the masterful title story. The rest of the collection is worthy, though paler than the first story.

This was a foray into short stories for me. They were all good, but somehow they just seem incomplete to me. I want more than just a snippet of a larger story :)
