I was really looking forward to reading this - I was born in the second half of the 80s but still have a good memory of the 90s, so I was excited to be thrown back in time!

With Jack & Andy being best mates for practically half their life, it was inevitable that they were eventually going to move in together. Though they led two different lives - Jack, following his dreams at Uni with a part time job, and Andy, following his of going straight into full time work and becoming a mechanic. Jack, head in his studies; Andy, a bit of a man whore. Until they meet Ruth & Nina - also best friends.

Joining the boys & girls on their ride was great. As usual from M B Feeney we get a mix of serious and humour, and they were perfectly well balanced. Their story was totally believable, and you could actually imagine these guys being your friends, or living their journey. It was a bit rocky at times, but that's what happens when you're torn between love & friends, right?

In some parts I would have liked a bit more as it felt a bit jumpy at points, but all in all it was a great throwback story that will induce memories if you were a 90s teen!
