This book gave me all the love feelings! Shows so much love between characters, grief, healing, heartbreak, and overall love.

This is definitely worth the read.
This book had a really great story that went back and forth between WWII and present day. I liked the twist at the end of the book even though I saw it coming.

This book was beautifully written which is what I expected. It took me a little bit to get the flow of the book but once I did I became much more invested. I knew there would be a twist but I thought it was going to be different than it was until right before it happened. A great story about love and loss.

rounding up to 4.5

the only complaint i have is sometimes the switches between the two love stories felt jarring ( i wish the book was split into two parts !! )

however. this was so beautifully written. the letters at the start of each chapter made me sob. the two love stories were so beautifully developed and realistic. the plot twist broke me in ways i could never explain.

I spend a lot of time trying to guess the ending of books, and this one took me by complete surprise! I loved every bit of it, from the stories of Scarlett’s life in the past to the stories of Georgia’s in the present. Sooo good!
