This story definitely requires some suspension of disbelief re: finding an officiant to marry them in the middle of the night on Christmas Eve, and also falling in love with a total stranger within the span of one day. We can call it the magic of Christmas, I guess. If I can suspend my disbelief for every crazy scenario Hallmark has thrown at me, I can take this in stride
